About AAA Advisory
Hi, I’m Tricia Bush, CPA, CFP®, and the founder of AAA Advisory. I started this firm because I believe financial guidance should be clear, personal, and accessible—not just reserved for the ultra-wealthy.
Why I Started AAA Advisory
Back when I started my career in public accounting in 2008, I was finally making a steady income and saving a solid chunk of money. But like so many people, I had one big question: What should I be doing with it? I’d never taken a personal finance class, and investing wasn’t something we talked about at home. When I went searching for help, I quickly realized that most financial firms weren’t interested unless you already had $500,000 or more to invest. These days, that bar is often $1 million. So I took matters into my own hands—eventually becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in 2022. The more I learned, the more I realized how many others were in the same spot I had been—working hard, saving, and wanting to make smart choices, but unsure where to begin. I knew I wanted to build a firm that was different—one that focused on real people, not just big portfolios. To learn more check out my guest appearance on the Pursing Joy Podcast.
What AAA Stands For
AAA Advisory is named after my three daughters—Annabelle, Alexis, and Ashlynn—but it also reflects the heart of how I serve clients:
-
Alignment - Helping you get clear on your goals, values, and what truly matters.
-
Action - Creating a plan that's practical and designed to move you forward step-by-step.
-
Accountability - Partnering with you to stay on track, adjust as life changes, and keep momentum going.
I believe financial advice should feel empowering, not overwhelming. That's the AAA approach.
A Bit About Me
When I’m not diving into spreadsheets or mapping out client strategies, you’ll find me baking something sweet, painting, or walking with my dogs. I’m also the proud mom of three amazing girls who remind me every day why this work matters—because building a meaningful life requires both intention and support.
